We made an agreement with ourselves to make a good healthy diet, because we know the change will improve our lives. Everyone knows it's not good for a healthy diet well, but few people are willing to make this drastic change in lifestyle in the long term by itself.
Opportunities exist in the most healthy eating habits, it will destroy their social or bring their friends. The most common reason that people are not in the new year's resolutions to stick, waiting to be perfect overnight. If you make your goals too restrictive to be sent to fail.
